Was there something (an experience) or someone in your life that was the "catalyst" for you to start writing music? Tell us about it.

Yes, there is Rebai Uhuru who is an artist with Maiden Voyage Frequency in Ghana who I collaborate with - he gives me the confidence to write my songs and he his a special friend.

Let's get this out of the way. What is the CRAZIEST thing that has ever happened to you in your music career?

Well, the CRAZIEST thing was being signed with G.I.Records LLC, because I never thought I was good enough, (LOL).

What has been the high point of your music path?

The highest point of my music career path is to get number 9 on the BSM Radio Network in Chicago with my song, You Uplift Me.

So, how do you approach songwriting or what is your creative process like?

When I hear a good beat, the words will flow out, and I will write and create in an hour most times; getting the right beat is important in my opinion.

What do you see as the biggest challenge facing Indie Artists today? Or, if you could ask the music industry to change one thing, what would it be?

The biggest challenge is getting promo, because not very Indie artists has funds to promote. Also getting a sponsorship is difficult. Changes that the music industry could make would be to make streaming pay more money (dollars) to the artist.

If you could share the stage with one other artist or band, who would it be and why?

I would like to share a stage with Celine Dion, and if Freddy Mercury was still alive, share a stage with him too; he was the greatest.

What are your rehearsals generally like? Or, how do you prepare for a live show?

Rehearsal consists of singing at home with my PA system and creating new lyrics to new beats.

Pick one song that was your greatest challenge to write. Tell us about it!

To be honest I haven't had a song of mine that was a challenge to write; as I stated, I get a good beat and thoughts, then there is no challenge to write for me, (LOL).

What's coming up in the future?

I have a new song to release in the coming months, when the time is right, and an album, on that album there will also be a Maiden Voyage song that I am part of with that group, so look out for that song and that group.

Tell us where fans can access your music?

To all my fans out there my music can be found and access on Apple Music, ITunes, Spotify, Google Play and many other digital outlets worldwide.
